This is a carefully crafted cacao paste or liquor made from ancestral cacao, delivering a delicate product of the highest quality.

Bar “Alma”

This chocolate is crafted from 82% selected beans from ances- tral trees, combined with 100% macambo nibs and a subtle touch of salt crystals. It highlights the fruity notes of fine aromatic cacao, featuring the exotic flavor of roas- ted macambo nibs and an umami hint of salt that enhances the ove- rall taste.

Mucílago “Drink of the Gods”

The pulp from approximately 300 cacao pods is extracted, yielding a pulp rich in antioxidants, which undergoes a concentrated process to maximize its benefits, resulting in 500g of the finest Pepa Dorada mucilage. Its benefits and multiple applications make this product avant-garde and of world-class quality. Its uses in fine dining are endless: beverages, sauces, baking complements, sugar substitutes— just imagine it.

IWIA (Demons of the Jungle)

A mix of two promising products: crunchy white cacao nibs with Amazonian black chili (unique to the Amazon). This new spicy ingredient is the black chili cultivated in chacras deep in the jungle, known only in the cuisine of Indigenous communities, offering a bold spicy flavor.
